Location
Holiday home Warter-Hof is located at 1,5 km from the village of Mandling. This village is located at 9 km east of Radstadt and 10 km west of Schladming, where it looks out over the Dachstein mountains. The beautiful surroundings in this part of the Styria region makes a perfect spot for a holiday home like Warter-Hof. In Pichl, at 2,5 kms, a large lake offers great swimming, and the area is ideal to practise a variety of sports, like rafting, mountain biking and paragliding. There are 2 luxurious holiday homes on this farm. The apartments are situated on the second floor of this large detached farm house. The owners offer breakfast possibilities to their guests, to be arranged on the spot at an extra charge. The sauna, including lounge beds and a massage shower, can also be used for a small fee. One can go fishing in the fishpond, and even have the freshly caught fish for dinner, if you're lucky catching any. Children will also enjoy their stay here, as they are allowed to play in the hay-shed, caress the rabbits and sheep or ride one of the two owners' horses. During your stay here you are offered the use of the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard (www.sommercard.info), offering free entries to swimming pools, museums and parks, and discounts on a large variety of other touristic attractions in the region, including cable cars etc.. Holiday home Zuhäusl (A-8974/2) is located on the same premises as Holiday home Warter-Hof.
