Location
Solitary on top of a mountain, with an altitude of 1400 meter, above the village of Niederau stands holiday home Simmerlhütte. This nice village lies in the Wildschönautal, 6 km south of Wörgl and 30 km west of Kitzbühel. In the village of Wildschönau (16 km) is a heated outdoor swimming pool with a slide and a childrens pool and many shops and restaurants. A nice daytrip would be a visit to the city of Innsbruck (70 km). In the summer the holiday home can be reached via the road or the gondola. The unique location of the house, on top of the mountain, will ensure total privacy. Surrounded by forests, mountains and nature combined with a magnificent view this unpretentious house will give a true -alone in the world- feeling. There is only 1 electric heating in one of the bedrooms, the kitchen is heated by a wood fire in the stove. The bedroom is directly accessible from the living room. Holiday home Simmerlhütte certainly provides a holiday away from everything.
