Location
Apartment Schmid is located in the centre of the toeristic town of Ötz. This lively village lies at the begin of the Ötztal, 50 km west of Innsbruck. This part of Tirol is known for its mild climate. The nature- and hiking area Larcherwald and the spectacular Ötztaller Glacier are some of the panoramic attractions in this diverse area. The holiday home stands in the centre, and many shops, restaurants and sidewalk cafes are within walking distance. Access to the natural swimming lake, the Piburgerlake (one of the warmest mountain lakes in Austria) is free for Happy Home guests. At the lake is a restaurant and a nice terrace. 300 meter from the house is an outdoor swimming pool. 15 km away is a thermal bath. The apartment is situated on the first or second floor of this detached house and a parking spot in in front of the house. Apartment Schmid is a well cared for and fully furnished holiday home.
