    If you are looking for a special place for a comfortable family holiday or friends, then this very well maintained holiday home in Borgloon with nine bedrooms and eight ensuite bathrooms is very well suited. The dedicated homeowners have perfectly renovated this characteristic square courtyard, with the whole building rebuilt stone by stone. The homeowners are very hospitable and welcome you with a drink on arrival. All rooms in this luxurious group accommodation are furnished with great attention to detail and the inventory is exceptionally complete. The cosy décor fits in perfectly with the beautiful landscape of the well-known Hespengau fruit-growing area, where this holiday home is located. The house consists of two sections, which of course you can use both. To describe this holiday home well, we would like to describe the two sections separately.

    The largest part offers direct access to the furnished courtyard and the large garden terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor of this part there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a large living room with sitting area and TV, a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Through the beautiful cast iron staircase in the living room you reach an extra seating area with TV. Down the stairs from the living room, the children will find their own playroom with books and films. On the first and second floor are four double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have a balcony, one with stunning panoramic views of the countryside and one overlooking the courtyard. On the third floor is a large bedroom with four single beds, an innovative balcony window with panoramic views and a beautiful closet with two sinks. The staircase in this section has automatic night lighting.

    The second part offers access to the courtyard and has a living room with TV, a large corner sofa, two bar tables and a cosy gas stove downstairs. Through the living room you reach the large and bright kitchen with a long dining table. On the first floor there is an additional sitting area with TV, a double bedroom and a bedroom for four, each with an ensuite bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with four single beds. Because of the cosy decor in purple tones, this room is also called the lavender room. This bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom.

    The two parts are connected by a hall. In this hall there is a large freezer and two separate toilets. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The courtyard is very characteristic with several garden tables, umbrellas and sun loungers. The open terrace in the courtyard is very spacious and is perfect for festive matters. The homeowners have many accessories to decorate the courtyard and garden tables. At the back of this holiday home is the garden, which fits perfectly into the landscape. The garden has a large terrace with garden furniture, a large lawn and a bowling green. This holiday home also includes a bar, which can be rented separately. The bar has a large room that can serve as a party or meeting room. On the two floors of the bar is a cosy sitting area.

    From this holiday home in Hespengau you will discover a characteristic landscape with impressive castles and many fruit plantations by bike or on a walk. The historic centre of Borgloon is about 1 km away. See the nostalgic farming villages around Borgloon and visit, among others, the castle of Mariagaarde and the castle of Rullingen.
