    This traditionally and eclectically decorated 3-bedroom holiday home located right on the beach in the center of the small, idyllic village of Podstrana, near Split is the perfect choice for holidaymakers looking for sun, sea and relaxation.

    The property is made up of a kitchen, living/dining area 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside you will find a delightful terrace area, which is partially covered by vines, overlooking the bright blue water.

    In just a matter of metres, you can take a refreshing dip in the calm and clear waters. Alternatively, you could enjoy a relaxing glass of wine out on the terrace whilst the kids enjoy themselves.

    Take a walk along the pretty promenade, along which you will be able to find a wide range of amenities, including restaurants, shops, boat rental and watersports centres.

    The city of Split has a rich cultural heritage, various events and nightlife, as does the the nearby town of Trogir. We would highly recommend a visit to both during your stay.
