Camping site Le Bontemps is a well maintained and green camping site, located on a quiet location on the shore of river La Varèze, in the city of Vernioz. Vernioz lies 50 km south of Lyon and 70 km north of Valence. This are, just as the Gallic-Roman city of Vienne (20 km) certainly worth a visit. The area is a border region of the departments of Drôme and Ardèche, with many hiking and biking possibilities. Wine fanciers will have to choose between a Côte Rotie or Côte du Rhône, two renowned wines from this region. The mobile homes of this camping site are recently built and stand on spacious lots. The bunk bed in bedroom 3 is only suitable for children up to the age of 12. Camping site Le Bontemps has fine facilities, for example a swimming pool with nice slides, completely renovated in 2011.
