Location
Holiday home Du Fond is located 1,5 km outside Bretteville-du-Grand-Coux, just as chalet du Beau Soleil. The location is 16 km southeast of the famouse falaise coast (chalk cliffs) of Etretat. Besides the coast the city is also beautiful with historical timbered buildings. A visit to the coastal cities Honfleur and Deauville on the Côte Fleurie via the Pont de Normandy would be a nice daytrip. A little further are the invasion beaches Omaha and Utah beach. A bit more to the south guests can taste cider and Calvados, plenty of nice excursions. The house stands in a park-like garden where also house F-76190/1 is located. It is an atmospheric house, because of the old beams, fireplace and bread oven (both decorative, no actual fire) in the living room. Because of the location on the large terrain of the owner, surrounded by trees guests live here very quiet. In the garden are a swing and a slide, and there is a volleyball and soccer field. On the first floor of holiday home Du Fond is a large space, divided into two bedrooms by curtains.
