Holiday home Le Moulin de l'Abbaye is located outside the village of Poilley, 15 km east of the famous Mont-Saint-Michel. Poilley lies in the most western part of Normandy, between Avranches and Pontorson. A combination of rough nature, typical French villages, quiet and extensive sandy beaches make up the surroundings. This former miller's house stands on a atmospheric country estate, a former monestry, next to a river and the 18th century water mill. It is unique spot, 4 km outside Poilley. The domain stands on the monument list. From this detached holiday homes nice daytrips can be made to for example the invasion beaches Omaha and Utah beach, Granville and Saint Malo in Bretagne. It is a lovely quiet spot on the edge of the forest. In the Selune guests can sail and fish for salmon. The house has a characteristic interior. In the park like garden of holiday home Le Moulin de l'Abbaye are loungers, so guests can optimum enjoy the peace of the country side and have a lovely vacation.
