Location
Country estate Istvan is located on the edge of the nice village of Szentistvan. The house stands on a typical Hungarian pusta, 30 km southeast of the historical city of Eger. This nice city, known for its delicious wine is certainly worth a visit. The many sidewalk cafes make Eger to a lively city, which can be reached in circa 30 minutes. This nicely rebuilt holiday home with a private swimming pool is a former Tanya (authetic farm). It is a lovely quiet spot with a view on the extensive lands. The garden of 4000 m2 is a true paradise with a covered veranda, large terraces and sun loungers at the swimming pool (5x10x1,5 and can be heated on cold days). There is a senseo machine in the kitchen. This beautiful holiday home is ideal for 2 families. Country estate Istvan has a tastefull interior, where antique furniture is combined with modern comfort. In May/June/September/October, the prices are based on 6 people. Each additional person pays a surcharge on the spot.
