Location
Villa Cal Magi is located in the small village of L'Arboçar. The village lies 40 km south of Barcelona and 14 km east of the coastal city of Sitges. The regional city Vilafranca del Penedès, with many shops, restaurants and sidewalk cafes is 4 km away. There are many excursion and golf possibilities in the surroundings. The house lies in the middle of the vineyards where the famous Penedès wine and the Cava (Spanish champagne) are made. It is a brand new detached villa with a private swimming pool (8,5x4.1 meter, 0,8-1,8 m deep), a nice garden and spacious, covered terrace. The house is tastefully decorated. Villa Cal Magi is ideal for each type of holiday, a combination of quiet, mountains, beach and culture.
