Location
Villa Gargansindi is located close to the city of Calpe, between Valencia and Alicante at the Costa Blanca. It is a coastal city, which can be reached by public transport. There is the possibility to practise a variety of water sports, to shop and to go out. A weekly market is held and there are several golf courses in the neighborhood. In short, all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday. Calpe is characterized by a 332 meter high rock, the El Peñon de Ifach, which can be seen from kilometers away. And it houses a bird sanctuary. The famous Benidorm with its lively nightlife lies only 25 km away. This luxurious detached house stands 1500 m from the village and 1700 meter from the beach. The accommodation has a closed terrain of 5000 m2 with palm trees and tropical vegetation. The fenced private swimming pool has loungers, garden furniture and a beautiful view. A lovely place to life outside. There is a complete summer kitchen (with barbecue, sink, kitchen and dining area), toilet and scullery with a washing machine. Villa Gargansindi is a unique place in the inlands of Costa Blanca.
