Location
Villa Noguera is located in the famous coastal city of Empuriabrava. This nice villa lies in the Costa Brava, 35 km from the French border. It has beautiful extensive sandy beaches and it is known for its many canals. Its nickname is 'Venice of Spain'. Empuriabrava has all the necessary ingredients for a great vacation. This luxurious detached villa with private swimming pool (12x6 m, open the entire year) lies on a closed terrain of 750 m2 and has all the facilities. From the villa guests can sail to the sea, via the canals, because the villa has its own jetty. The nice garden has palm trees, a green, a covered terrace with a barbecue and idyllic seating corners. Villa Noguera stands only 1800 meter from the beach.
