Location
Villa La Rápita is located in the village of the same name, Sa Rápita. This village lies in the southwest of Mallorca, 40 km southeast of the capital city La Palma. Mallorca is an island with little rainfall and a mild climate, ideal both summer as winter. The nature is impressive, high mountains and green hills surrounded by the azure blue Mediterranean sea. Happy home rents 5 luxurious detached villas with a private swimming pool. The homes have different owners so the interior and lay-out vary. In the winter the swimming pool is covered with a cap, so also than swimming is possible. The houses are light and comfortably decorated. Once a week the houses are cleaned, free of charge. Bookings of these holiday homes are confirmed within 3 days. Villa Rápita stands in a quiet residential area, only 1 km from the sea.
