Location
Camping site Vendrell Platja is located in the nice village of Coma-Ruga. This village lies 70 km northeast of Barcelona and 35 km west of Tarragona. The park is only 50 meter away from the beach and bothh Calafell as Coma-Ruga are within walking distance. Calafell is a lively coastal city with a promenade with many sidewalk cafes, restaurants, shops and entertainment possibilities. Coma-Ruga is a bit more quiet, a small coastal village with quiet beaches. The descending beaches are ideal for children, the sea becomes gradually deeper. Excursions to Tarragona and Barcelona can easily be made, because the presence of a station. Attraction park Port Aventura is 40 km away. There is a lovely swimming pool (400m2, open from the beginning of April til the end of September), with water slides. Furthermore, there is recreational room and animation program from June til the midst of September. And there is a doctor available on the park. Camping site Vendrell Platja is well cared for, has many shady spot and all the necessary facilities.
