    This small and lovely holiday home with swimming pool has a small park with deer, which also belong to the house owner. The house has a spacious, nicely arranged plot with beautiful view on Ucka, which is the highest mountain in Istria. In the ground floor part there is a garage, a fireplace with a kitchenette and a room with table tennis and stationary bicycle. On the first floor of the house there is a spacious bedroom, very comfortable kitchen with dining area, a living room with fireplace and a bathroom. In the attic part, there is a very pretty bedroom with two single beds. The furniture in the house is hand-made. The house is situated in a small Istrian village with only a few houses and as such is a perfect choice for families with children who can play carefreely and enjoy the company of the deer which are in a special fenced area. The nearest beaches are only 20 minutes of drive away, not far from Plomin Luka. In half an hour drive you can get to the jewels of Kvarner bay: Lovran, Opatija and Moscenicka Draga. Ca. half an hour away there is also the lovely historical town of Labin on top of a hill with remnants of Venetian architecture and numerous art galleries. The house owner is a connoisseur and collector of wine so he can give you information on where you can purchase quality local wines.
