    Very well-maintained holiday home for the discerning customer on the outskirts of the village Vabriga on the peninsula Istria. The rustic style and the comfortable furniture, especially in the living room and dining area, speak of comfort. Enjoy privacy on the property with a refreshing swimming pool. There are comfortable loungers and shady spots for relaxing sunbathing or reading. Next to the swimming pool is a covered stone fireplace and you will also find garden furniture here so this is a perfect place to prepare delicious specialties. Take a few minutes' walk through beautiful nature and you will find yourself on the beach with crystal clear water. The surroundings are excellent for bicycling. Further in the country are many wine streets with konobas. The fertile soil in Porec's surroundings results in olives, vegetables, fruit and wine. The old local vines such as the green yellow Malvasier and the red Teran make way for modern vines although the old ones are still popular. A quality olive oil is produced near Tar-Vabriga north of Porec.
