    This holiday home featured in a peaceful and serene surrounding is in a building on the outskirts of Ivinj. Ivinj is a village located between the cities, Tribunj and Tisno, near the Island of Murter. There are attractive, secluded natural beaches within a radius of 2 km. You can reach the beaches by any mode of transport, like bicycles, motorcycles, electric vehicles, horses or even by walk. This secluded estate is ideal for horse riding in natural surroundings as the land stretches beyond the boundaries of the property. There is a hippodrome with racecourse and a riding school in a huge ground, which covers around 20,000 square metres. You can take riding lessons here, on pure-bred Arabian horses. Experience the adventures on the motocross and cycling trails. Natural resources are used in this property, like the drinking water that comes from a deep well at an approximate depth of 80 metres. Water from this well is also used to fill the swimming pool and hot tub. Electricity is generated from solar panels and a windmill. The building has two separate houses next to each other and both houses can be rented together. Thus, this holiday home is ideal for more than one family or a group of friends holidaying together. One house has two floors - the basement and the ground floor - with attractive interiors. The floors are connected to each other by an external staircase. The second house has one floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a room with riding equipment, an open living room and a summer kitchen with fireplace. Holidaymakers having licence to fish can enjoy fishing with equipment made available by the house owner. The house owner will also demonstrate the traditional art of preparing fish, in case the fishing trip is successful.
